Terms of use – Clocker for Jira

Last updated: 4 October 2026

Clocker is provided under Atlassian's standard end user agreement for Marketplace apps (the “Standard Agreement”). The provider-specific terms on this page complete it for Clocker. Where they differ from the Standard Agreement, these terms apply.

Provider

Dawid Niedźwiecki Development, NIP 9721310416. Email: support@niedzwiecki.dev.

The app

Clocker is an app for Jira Cloud, built on Atlassian Forge and distributed through the Atlassian Marketplace. It is not available for Jira Data Center. What it does is described in the documentation.

Purchase, trial and billing

You buy, renew, upgrade and cancel Clocker through Atlassian, which also bills you and handles refunds under its Marketplace policies. Prices are shown on the Marketplace listing and when you install the app.

Support

We provide support through our support portal and by email, as described on the support page.

Your data

Clocker runs entirely on Atlassian's infrastructure. Worklogs stay in Jira, and the app's own data (preferences, running timers and site settings) is kept in Atlassian's Forge storage for your Jira site. We don't host your data or have access to it. Because we don't process your Jira data on our own systems, Clocker needs no separate data processing agreement with us; if your organization still needs one, write to us. How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy, and how the app protects your data in the security overview.

Changes to the app

We update Clocker to fix problems, keep it working with Jira Cloud and add features. Updates reach every installation automatically through Atlassian. If we ever stop offering Clocker, we will announce it on the Marketplace listing in advance.

Governing law

The Standard Agreement's governing law and jurisdiction clauses apply unchanged.

Changes to these terms
